They all play an important role in delivering public services and turning their core ambitions into reality, i.e. generating healthy, safe, intelligent and humane societies. But in many ways, these professional groups have much autonomy and exclusiveness and tend to work rather independently from one another. There are strong inter-professional boundaries, as well as boundaries between professionals and society, including clients.
