Sep 25: What’s love got to do with it?

In our times, individualism, self branding and self serving are the norm. Within western materialistic world views, like the ‘Homo Economicus’ rationale, exhibiting love for others and sharing possessions out of love and compassion is generally seen as a weakness, and as best a luxury. On the other hand, world views and spiritual practices that have been with mankind for millennia carry a fundamentally different message. In that message, Love and Compassion are fundamental for living a life centered around Wisdom.
