Describe the basics of safety in warehouses.
Indicate opportunities to improve warehouse operations.
Describe warehouse operations optimization methods such as LEAN.
Formulate KPI’s (key performance indicators) related to warehouse operations.
Create financial insights in warehouse operations.
Provide an outlook on macro, meso and micro developments in relation to warehouse operations.
