De Universiteit van Aruba (UA) is, samen met Hogeschool Windesheim (Zwolle) en Stenden (Assen), een onderzoeksproject gestart naar de circulaire economie dat deels in Nederland en deels op Aruba zal plaatsvinden. Er zal onderzoek gedaan worden naar de financiële uitdagingen van midden- en kleinbedrijven die willen investeren in duurzaamheid.

Coming new Academic Year OGM will start with Hogeschooltaal. All incoming students and students who did not pass TV (Taalvaardigheid) will have to purchase a license online. More information and instructions will follow soon.
If you’re an OGM prospective student you can visit their website in the meantime to familiarize yourself with this new language training tool.

Op 14 april jongstleden vond in het Paleis van Justitie te Amsterdam de Nationale Requireer Wedstrijd voor Studenten plaats. De Universiteit van Aruba deed dit jaar voor het eerst mee en heeft in samenwerking met het Openbaar Ministerie in Aruba de Arubaanse student Jurney Tromp afgevaardigd naar Amsterdam.

The Student Council of the University of Aruba or Studentenraad van de Universiteit van Aruba has been a dream initiated by students of the University of Aruba. This dream ultimately became a reality in 2012 when the first elections were held. The first board was elected on November 16th, 2012.
Ever since the announcement of the start of the Erasmus+ exchange program for the University of Aruba, students, faculty and staff, I was ready to jump onboard as it is an opportunity for professional growth, as well as a chance for benchmarking and comparing common academic practices.
On the 28th of May 2016, Fundacion pa nos muchanan (FPNM), held an event for fathers, children and the family called “Mi Tata ta Campeon!” (My Dad is a champ!). FPNM is a foundation for the wellness of all children in Aruba under the age of 12. Its main mission is to enforce the role of parents, educators and the day care centers.
