On Thursday, October 24th, the Aruba Institute for Good Governance and Leadership (*GG&L) organizes its fourth public dialogue on core themes of Good Governance. In his keynote lecture, ‘The future of public leadership on Aruba’, Mr. Roy Mezas will discuss whether in Public and Private sector Leadership is a process of social influence towards the achievement of a goal.
